Reeder Land Company can announce the closing of +/-15.6 acres of land located on Main Street in Hesperia. The property has split zoning between commercial on the south side of the property, and medium density residential on the north side of the property.
The property is located northeast of the existing Walmart. On the west side of I-15 there is an existing Target, along with a planned Sam’s Club.
The heavyweights of international trade have come to Hesperia, with the addition of millions of square feet of industrial space to be occupied by e-commerce retailer Amazon, as well as the building already leased by shipping giant Maersk.
If this trend continues it will completely change the market for other land types in the desert.
In addition to the industrial activity, Hesperia has also recently seen the opening of the Silverwood Masterplan.
